What are the delivery suburbs?

  • Hyams Beach, Basin View, Bream Beach, Erowal Bay, Huskisson, Jervis Bay, Old Erowal Bay, Sanctuary Point, St Georges Basin, Tomerong, Vincentia, Woollamia, Wrights Beach.

Can my hamper be delivered to a Beach?

  • At present the Picnic Hampers can be delivered to a beach if they are ordered to go with a Beach Hut. Any hamper with wine must be delivered to a residential premises.

How will my hamper be delivered?

  • To ensure that all the delicious produce in your hamper is as fresh as possible (due to the perishable nature and to comply with the Food Act), we hand deliver all our hampers so they get to you in tip top condition. This means that we ask you to specify a delivery window and it’s imperative that someone is there to receive your delivery. We have two delivery windows per day. Morning 7am-9am and Early Evening 5pm-7pm.

What if I can’t be there for either of the delivery windows?

  • If you would like to organise a delivery time outside of these windows, that is not a problem we can do this for a small surcharge of $10 for this service.  Just select “Special Delivery” in the postage section on check-out.

What if I am running late to arrive at my holiday house?

  • We like to make sure you receive your hamper in the freshest possible condition so for this reason we do not drop off hampers if no one is home. If you are not going to be there, please let us know as soon as possible before the delivery window, phone/email, you know the drill, and we can work out another time with a $10 special delivery service. If we arrive to the address specified in the booking and no one is home there will be a $20 re-delivery fee.

What are the delivery suburbs?

Which beaches can the Huts be set up on?

  • Hyams Beach and Chinamans Beach are our standard beaches, other beaches are by request if we are able to. Please ask us in the notes section.

How will I find the Beach Hut?

  • We will email you directions and will also be in contact with you on the day.

What happens if I am running late to get to the beach?

  • Don’t panic, a staff member will be waiting with the Beach Hut until your arrival. If you are more than 10 mins late there will be a surcharge $10 per 10 minutes.

What if we decide to leave the beach early?

  • If you need to leave early, please call to arrange an earlier check out – $10 early pack-up fee.

What if the weather is rainy or very windy?

  • Should the weather be unfavorable in the morning on the day, we will be in contact at least one hour before your scheduled arrival time to discuss the alternatives with you.  You will be entitled to either reschedule for another available day or receive a 50% refund.

Can I get a hamper with my Beach Hut?

  • Yes the Picnic Hampers can be in your Beach Hut ready and waiting for you. We can not deliver any hampers that include wine to the beach they must be delivered to a residential premises.
